Arman Hosseinpour
With an entrepreneurial track record that began at just 17 years old, Arman has quickly established a reputation for identifying opportunities and executing growth at scale. Over the past five years, he has successfully completed seven business acquisitions and transactions, with an additional three to four deals projected for 2026.
Currently overseeing a team of 25 full-time and 5 part-time employees, Arman brings hands-on leadership experience across operations, team development, and strategic expansion. Under his direction, the company is on track to reach $10 million in total revenue by the end of 2026.
Driven by disciplined growth and long-term value creation, Arman is expanding into larger markets with a vision to build a leading platform through strategic acquisitions and scalable growth. In parallel, he serves on the board of the Recycling Council of British Columbia, reflecting a commitment to sustainable business practices and responsible, forward-thinking leadership.
Mahdi Mirzaei
Mahdi is a strategic finance leader specializing in real estate development and capital markets. As Chief Financial Officer, he directs financial strategy across the full project lifecycle—from acquisition analysis and pro forma modeling to financing, cost management, and exit execution. He holds a PhD in Accounting and is a faculty member at University Canada West, bringing a unique combination of academic depth and industry expertise. His leadership ensures disciplined capital deployment, optimized project returns, and long-term value creation for stakeholders.
